Iodine Reminder (breast health)

I've been taking Iodine for some yrs and when I have forgotten to take it, I will get breast pain and tenderness....this is just more info on this valuable chemical element.


It's also critical for thyroid support.

Check your own research....

FYI: Fluoride pulls iodine from our bodies. Do a search on breast cancer and iodine. I've talked about iodine for a long time here and there are posts in the search engine on old posts...the iodine I like best is Iosol and I take between 3-5 drops per day in 1/4 glass clean water...1 drop is under 2mg....PH has a couple iodine products but I prefer the drops as they are easy to regulate...
