One of my breasts was tender at a spot so I did a self-exam. I found a lump as well as a lump in my underarm area. As I said the spot around the breast lump is tender. The lump in the armpit is not tender. My nipples have also been cycling between purple colored and normal colored. There is no discharge. I am going to call my ob/gyn on Tuesday. Just wondering if anyone with breast cancer had a similar beginning.
