can i get the meaning of this please focal intestinal metaplasia
i requested my report 2 months after i had a endoscopy, this was part of m biospy.

it satas stomach antrum biopsy:
mild chroic inactive gastrtis with focal intestinal metaplasia, no H. Pylor organisms are seen on gien=ma stain. HELPPPPPPPP

A little web search looks like this is not cancer, but you should be monitored for cancer as it is a risk factor.

H. pylori, or Helicobacter pylori, is a bacterium that causes ulcers and other intestinal problems - you're negative for that.
