Yes, I just posted the suicdal post, but I have been trying to look on the bright side for the day, and thinking about the candida diet, there are lots of bright sides...think about it....
1. It helps our body with more than just not feeding yeast..were feeding it tons of raw vegetables! Feeding our immune system, and giving us vital nutrients that everyone should do regularly.
2. I have been into bodybuilding for many years..tons of meat..tons of carbs..tons of fat..tons of protien. Its all about lifting heavy ass weight and getting bigger. On the Candida, I am enjoying lean for the first time...in 5 days I've lost almost 9lbs...doing nothing! This might not sound healthy, but I'm cleaning alot of crap out of my system. My double chin is gone XD and if I ever feel good enough to work out again, I'm gonna be pretty damn ripped.
3. Other diets will be easy! Man people complain they can't have their hardees...or taco bell. Some people complain they can't have frozen foods or they can't eat chocolate or cake...think about us man. We have em all beat. A damn granola bar seems like the holy grail...An organic wheat breakfast wrap is gourmet...and turkey sub is crazy for us! I think in the long run we will all be healthier, sexier people because of this.
4. Everyday we avoid those sugary treats or breads that we have an insane craving for, it makes us stronger. It says "**** you bread, I'm not eating you" It shows we have what so many other American don't have, and that is self control and discipline.
