peanut butter

Hello my name is Jason. Peanuts are not recommended of any kind on the diet. I faught this beast back to where I thought it was gone last year by following the high alkaline candida diet. I felt fine for about 5 months BUT I was cheating pretty bad. This last month has been really bad with sinus and lungs issues now. I finely went to a doctor in town that specializes in Candida. I'm am feeling much better in five days BUT I have been very strict to the diet and using Bentonite which is a clay suplement that is great for detoxing and flushing out the bad shit Candida leaves behind. I have a cabnet FULL of all kinds of so called remedies BUT I'm giving U a list that I feel is important.

First thing to do is CLEAN that bowel out. Either get some colonics or use the bentonite with a colen cleanse. Sams has one that called duel cleanse that is good .

A really good pro-biotic, at least 20 billion culture per serving and only use the refregerated products. I use mega flora and also some liquid forms.

Do the high alkaline Candida diet not just the run of the mill low carb diet. Meats turn to acid when digested. While I'm on this subject U should get some PH strips to test your spit or your pee pee. You should stay above 7 , 7.5 to 8 is good because Canida hates living an alkiline enviornment. Google high alkiline diets there will be a few I'm sure. LOTS AND LOTS of greens !!!!

Get a few anti fungals BUT this time I have found one that seems to be really good and it's called Fungal Forte. I drink clove tea, I also use a lot of extra virgin cocnut oil and oregeno oil. I also like a product called Nutra-West the ISB formula for boosting the immune system.

I ordered some dyflucan that I'm going to take after a month of a strict diet to see if I can stomp it out this time around. BUT it is a drug so that would be up to U.
Last DRINK lots of water and even look at Willard water to make your water very alkalined. They say half of your body wieght in ozs a day. OH and moving the body helps a lot to.

GLTY and God bless

Jason

on the peanut issue

many many have allergies to peanuts for one thing. Peanuts are grown underground and can contain molds. I don't touch peanuts anymore. Some good nuts are almonds, walnuts, macadenia (portion control on all). These contain good fats.
