OK FAM. I JUSt RECEIVED MY FIRST BOX OF THREELAC, i need help in how to begin taking it, and how much. im i in for a die off.

if im already taking other stuff for candida like candex, will i still have a die off from threelac, im not looking forward to no die off, i know how they can really affect you, what can i use to ease the dead offs. thank fam, i know you will come through for me, cause you always do........have a blessed day/evening
