does anyone with candida check the spit test often.

I did not. I used instead the Symtoms Chart by Dr Croock in his book "the yast connection" There are other similar chart very sophisticated but Dr Crook's chart is very adequate and good for diagnosis. I have no knovlege that candida can be found in spit. That would be very easy for Ortodox Medicine, but they neve found it by their tests.
