DIE OFF,, I think... OMG
|
Hi, im 40 been suffering yeast infec. since i was like 20. have anxiety, depression and CFS and some allergies, along with frequent headaches and occasional stomach upset and PMS. SOOOO, anyhow, I cut out all cheese and milk and sugar out of my diet. Its been a month, with only a couple of slip ups. which left me on the toilet half of the day.... but anyhow, the main symptoms i have I noticed it is harder for me to breathe..and my body was itchy all over... plus a low grade fever of 99.5 on and off......Has anyone had this experience? In the past week, I added probiotic pills , garlic pills, B vitamins, and Pau D arco pills. I am still itchy all over, and I just feel like I cant get a good breath. Has anyone else felt oxygen deprived as well? I went to the Doc and my oxygen level was perfect both times, and nothing strange about the chest x ray either. But geeesh I feel like i can hardly breathe. ANYONE?? ANYTHING HELP??? HAS ANYONE EVER GOTTEN TO THE POINT OF RECOVERY????? TRUE AND FINISHED RECOVERY???? I am very curious!!! I havent worked in 5 years, because I hardly had the strength to get outta bed and because of depression and anxity attacks. I NEED my life back, i can hardly remember the last time I really felt good. Im not over weight, i have great cholesterol levels, GREAT blood pressure, actually GREAT everything, YET I feel like there is an 85 yr old in here.. ANy suggestions, I can handle this itchy body, I cant stand not being able to get a good breath... PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE any advise or anyone in the same boat??????

I started my candida diet a little over a week ago, and I started feeling crappy about 2 days afterwards. I'm still feeling crappy. It feels like there is no end in sight! I'm not sure if I'm feeling short of breath b/c of this, or b/c of a slight cold I had before I started the diet, but I have noticed it somewhat. I'm definitely feeling the other symptoms, though: terrible headaches, foggy head, body aches, sensitive skin, irritability. I wish I had done a little more research before I went whole-hog and cut EVERYTHING out of my diet. I think maybe I should've transitioned a little more slowly, but now that I've already been doing it this way for about 9 days, I'd hate to set myself back by adding things back in too quickly.

DIE OFF

Hi Gochoosy, I am a new member and just saw your posting. I have had the issue of not being able to breathe as well. For me it's like someone is sitting on my chest. Just an overall feeling of not being able to get a full complete breath. It's as though not enough oxygen is reaching my chest/lungs. I also have a high resting heart rate (80 to 85 BPM) even though I weigh only 105 lbs. Also, when I go up a flight of stairs or exert myself in the slightest, my heart rate accelerates considerbly. Other symptoms have been severe depression, achy joints (at times), fatigue, and GI Issues. I started Diflucan about a week ago and I am not enjoying it. But, my doctor (who has also had candida) who is an integrative physician has told me that she feels that the pharmaceutical antifungals are what will ultimately clear up the yeast for me. I have tried various natural things which helped some, but they didn't eliminate the yeast completely for me. So, after much kicking and fussing, I decided to try Diflucan. I truly hope this will be the end of this incredibly long battle for me. I hope this helps you some. Please feel free to write back. Hayley
