just want to tell yu please dont ignore depression andnot do anything abot it hoping it will go away...maybe sometmes it does...but if it doesnt...wow...theres trouble..it afflicts your entire life....
meds helped me but only for a while....they might help you tho..everyone reacts differently, please dont deprive yorself of the opportunity to live a full life by denyng yourself treatment for this horrible disorder.
For me, breathing exercises have helped tremendously and keep me afloat...and also sometimes transport me to the realm of 'normal' you dont know how good that feels...
just google breathing for depression or yoga for depression....it helps tremendously the breathng exercises and doesnt cost a penny.
Also try venting about what bothers you, dnt let anger, resentment, sadness build up and become a permanent blockage in your body...write down your feelings and then burn it if you wish but get it out.
Of course, eating right, exercise everything helps..if you combine it with other treatments
