tom hennessy thread disappeared-need address to send card

I finally managed to get a card to send to Tom Hennessy and the most recent posts with a snail mail address (not the nursing home one) have disappeared. When I search them on our site, they seem to show up, but when I click on the link, there is no thread. Does anyone know the current correct address to send a card to him?
