This perfect timing for me to get this email with your video mentioned and the subject. I am planning on going shopping this week, thankfully i will have my 2 grown girls going with me. But the rest of the time it is just me. Boy, do I get extra tired, my legs love to cramp from all the walking and pushing the heavy cart. When I get home, I am exhausted, and then I have to unload and put things away, plan for dinner. My husband will bring in the non perishable heavy items when he gets home. Sometimes my oldest girl will help before going to work, when she has time.

I look forward to more of your inputs. God bless you, Vickie

wear comfortable clothing...and shoes and I use an electric cart when shopping . Its' easy to use and if you're using it for the first time, go slow until you feel comfortable with it. Also, if you panic around people or narrow aisles, stop, and think about how you intend to maneuver around people or aisles. Sometimes, it's best to let them pass or if they're standing in the middle of traffic flow, wait and then politely say "excuse me" . Most people will move. Before you know it, you will be a skilled driver, just go slowly until you feel confident with the steering. Because I also have nerve damage to my feet, the cart really helps me and it eases the stress put on my body. Although I am usually drained by the time I get home, I know that I spare my body from hurting as much by using the cart.
