Nic shows an empathy of the variations of FM pain and this is quite a useful breakdown but while these are apt descriptions of pain variation I wouldn't call them "types" of pain.

I don't quite see the relationship between some of the things he says like waking up in the night to pee is "mitochondrial myopathy". I would have thought that waking up to pee in the night is more related to hypersensitivity combined with poor slow wave sleep - hence the sensations cause a "wake-up". Whether hypersensitivity is related to "mitochondrial myopathy" is anyone's guess.

Anyway I enjoyed the talk.
