Octacosanol
A naturally derived wheat germ oil concentrate which has been
clinically proven to increase oxygen utilization when exercising.
Olestra
A fake fat substitute. This will save you calories, but may also
deplete your body of nutrients.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids
An essential fatty acid (EFA) that seems to reduce the risk of
cardiovascular disease. This is considered a type of "good"
fat. Sources include fish, salmon, mackerel, sardines. You need

A chemical reaction in which oxygen reacts with another substance,
