new to this board

I have palpitation every day.my cardiologist has me on two differnt meds.sometime my heart feels like it's going to stop and other time it feels like it's going to jump out my chest.he saids I have a heart murmur and narrow valves.am 44 years old and I CAN'T do much of anything people my age can do.
