Anyone been Dx with it?

But after heart symptoms in the E.R., they admitted me to the hospital and ran tests and one was the stress test but was done chemically because I am mobility disabled. WOW, you really feel like you have no control because they are racing your heart chemically, instead of the normal running on a treadmill and you can stop if it is getting too much.

I was diagnosed in late Nov 2008. Still am not doing well. Also known as Takosubo symdrome. Have had cfs since 1989 and have had near sycope episode. This was much worse and I feel like I'm having a bad relapse. What precipitated your episode. I can't get any info of this from the cardi docs. It is usually a result of a emotional shock or severe physical stress. I had just recovered from a bout of the flu and travel. Had a near sycope episode and the er put me on Toprol xl. Three weeks later , I had the Acute stress cardiomyopathy episode. What have you been told?
