Low Estrogen 31 years old...how to raise?

I have very low estrogen and have for 5 years now. I am only 31 years old. I have tried taking bioidentical troches, creams etc and it gives me migraines. Is there a natural way to increase my own estrogen? If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Hi/I've been taking DHEA and Pregnenalone for

close to 15+ to keep my estrogen levels liveable. I'm much older than you, 71 soon, but my integrative/holistic docs have had me on these two otc hormones for all those yrs. Read up on these 2. I get my labs on both every 6 months or so. jam

have an option here

Most herbal remedies address the symptom. If there were a way to address the CAUSE rather than the symptom, your body ought to be able to balance itself out. There is a formula created by a doctor that just might do the trick. smcpelkey@yahoo.com [sarah]

Not sure if raising is a good idea

There may be a reason we are low in estrogen and what I'm finding is, my attempt to raise it with birth control pills has now made me a thousand times worse. I am so sick from taking the pills that I'm going to stop them. I actually felt much better being low estrogen.

If you really, really want to try raising it, there is an herb called Vitex you can look into. It's supposed to regulate you naturally.
