I've had good success in dosing with both these for probably the last 15+ yrs...Still vital and youthful at almost 71. My integrative docs put me on both these and I get labs every 6 months or so to check levels. All is good. Both are otc products. jam

where do you find the pregnenalone over the counter! It took me 4 stores-walmart,3 health food stores before someone said they could order it for me. It came from Calif. and took 3 weeks to get here(Illinois).And of course with shipping and handling it cost $11.99 for a 2 mo supply. I see it on the internet for 3.99 but i dont use credit cards. Any help will be appreciated. Aunt tammy has questions about this supplement on the fibro board maybe you can help her. I don't know alot about it,just started taking per Dr this last week. Thanks!
