Hi,I was just diagnosed w/colitis about 2 weeks ago and am still having some test.After having severe diahrea for about a year along w/other problems I had a colonoscope and may have to have another.I don't know if colitis is considered IBS or not but I've really got a problem and would appreciate any input.I also have IC and FM.Everything I read seems to tell me that alot of people have all of these things.Please reply.

I was diagnosed with irritable bowel, except that I don't get the constipation, only diahrea. Diahrea can make you very tired because it's draining fluid and nutrients out of your body.

With the colonoscopy, I know that they look for ulcerative colitis as it can impact the lining. They do have articles on ProHealth and maybe you can get some info there. Good luck.
