Links in My Newsletter Don’t Work

I wanted you to know that the links in the newsletter seem to never work. They remap to something that ends in a “page cannot be found” message. This has happened with the last three newsletters. At the same time this has happened when I try to directly go to http://www.immunesupport.com - that fails too. I am always connected and I can browser to any place I want to see on the web when this is happening. – Brenda

Seven Things That Worked For Me

I am still in immense pain with FM; however, my CFS is 100 times better than right after my accident two years ago. I couldn't work, drive - nothing for a year and a half because I was so tired. When you never feel rested, it is the most frustrating thing.

1. Keep the same sleeping pattern every day.
2. Avoid bright lights and loud noises.
3. Drink water and take CoQ-10 (supplement).
4. Go at your own pace for everything, being social, exercising, etc...
5. Avoid chocolate and wine (headaches).
6. Try a muscle relaxer to help sleep all through the night.
7. Time heals.

This takes time, but be consistent so you avoid being stressed. Surround yourself with positive people who understand you! It will get better. This is just one of those tests in life that make us stronger. – farin6

Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Resource

It has been brought to my attention that there have been a few people asking about Ehlers Danlos Syndrome [which involves a defect in the connective tissues with symptoms such as joint hypermobility].
