A study of “Cognitive Function in Polio Survivors With and Without Post-Polio Syndrome (PPS)”
is recruiting participants at the Conemaugh Health System’s Post-Polio Clinic in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
If you have fatigue, weakness, joint or muscle pain, difficulty with memory, concentration or attention, you may be experiencing post-polio syndrome (PPS). Neurologist William DeMayo, MD (director of the Post-Polio Clinic) and colleagues at the Conemaugh Health System in Johnstown, Pennsylvania are investigating problems involving mental fatigue that may affect concentration, memory, attention, etc.
