Globally recognized Stanford virologist Dr. Jose G Montoya* explains how we know ME/CFS is a REAL disease. He describes patient case examples, then cutting edge research by his team and other researchers that daily increases clues to the cause of ME/CFS and hope for its cure. Our sincere thanks to Stanford Hospital for so generously posting this free video on March 11.

* Dr. Montoya directs the Stanford Chronic Fatigue Initiative (http://chronicfatigue.stanford.edu), and is a pioneer in antiviral research for treatment of ME/CFS and other chronic diseases at Stanford’s Infectious Disease Clinic. For information about their current studies of possibly infection-associated chronic diseases, including links to participating researchers, go to http://chronicfatigue.stanford.edu/about/projects.html

Excellent - Just Outstanding!

This is one of the best video's I have ever seen from a physician/researcher. He clearly understands the illness. Is is a "must view" - it outstanding. In particular, he mentions that his "dream" is someday that physicians, as a group, will formally apologize to our community (ME/CFS)...that says it all. Elisabeth
