Numerous studies have shown that exercise is beneficial for fibromyalgia, however, it can be difficult to start and stay with an exercise plan because of the pain.

In this video, Chere Nicholas shares how and why she decided to start running despite her FM pain. She told ProHealth, “I'm hoping I can inspire and help others who want to try to be active despite their fibro pain!”

Just watched your video and was inspired to say the least. I have had this MONSTER (fibro) for about two years. I have gained over 901bs and feel so ugly on top of my terrible pain and all the awful things that come with it.

I want my life back!, this 45 yr old has alot of Spunk left. But I am scared, scared of failure. But as a Mother Of 4, 3 which are teens I NEED to be there for them, I NEED to do this FOR MYSELF!

I feel as though I am slowly withering away and it frightens me. You have motivated me more than ANYONE else because you suffer with this Monster as well. THANK YOU, thank you and I hope you inspire many others as you did me.
