New Fibromyalgia Survey – Let Your Voice Be Heard   (4 votes) ProHealth.com • January 14, 2013 Tweet previous article next article Originally there was a description of and link to a fibromyalgia survey here being conducted by a Duquesne University graduate student that focused on self-reported quality of life, treatment effectiveness, and attitudes and perceptions of patients.  There has, however, been some unanticipated complications with the survey which requires postponing its launch. When the problems have been resolved and the survey is ready, it will be posted again.  We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

They should have included more about the person's history with treatments.
