11:30 a.m. - 12:00 Noon – Questions & Answers This program is a result of the following identified needs: Needs perceived – Self-assessment, leadership Global Objectives: After participating in this activity, the physician should be able to: 1. Diagnose head, neck and TMJ myofascial pain.
2. Treat head, neck and TMJ myofascial pain.
3. Describe and treat perpetuating factors for myofascial pain of head and neck. Credit: The Bethesda Hospital is accredited by the Ohio State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The seminar is supported by unrestricted educational grants to Bethesda Hospital’s Department of Medical Education. The Bethesda Hospital designates this educational activity for a maximum of 15.5 credit category 1 credits toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. “The American Medical Association has determined that physicians not licensed in the US who participate in this CME activity are eligible for AMA PRA category 1 Credit.” If you need special accommodations due to a disability including the need for an alternative form of the materials to be utilized, please contact the Department of Medical Education at 513-569-6339 at least four weeks prior to the scheduled activity.
