Utah OFFER Education Meetings The Utah Orgranization for Fatigue & Fibromyalgia Education & Research (OFFER) (www.offerutah.org) features noted speakers at its free Monthly Education Meetings in Salt Lake City. These meetings, held the first Wednesday of each month, run from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. in the Salt Lake County Complex North building. Scheduled features for the remainder of 2006 include: 1. September 6, 2006 - Lane Valum, PhD, Jordan School District Psychologist. Speaking on “Help for K-12 Students with FM or CFS: Section 504 Options and Pain.” 2. October 4, 2006 - Kim McCleary, President of the CFIDS Association of America. Speaking on “Advocacy: Working to Conquer Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome.” 3. November 1, 2006 – James Overall, MD, President, Integrative Health Network. Speaking on “Integrative Health Approaches.” 4. December 6, 2006 – Stuart Drescher, PhD, OFFER Board Member. Leading “Panel Discussion: Attitude and Health.”
