What he described is EXACTLY what happened to me, and I had recently begun to wonder if ANYTHING sweet would induce cravings or an insulin response or whatever. I've been drinking diet pop since I was a teenager and I'm 54 now. Whenever my temperature is taken, it's usually about 96.6 instead of 98.6. And my weight has increased from 150 to 250 in the past 16 years.
I'm off diet pop now (day 24-yay for me!). WILL my body return to normal? How long might it take?
