Maintaining a regular schedule of exercise doesn't have to become a burden in your life. As important as exercise is, there are different ways of approaching it that will make sense for your individual preferences. If time is an issue, be assured that you don't have to devote endless hours to exercise to get positive results. In fact, some studies suggest that even a few short bouts of exercise daily - as little as ten minutes at a time - can have a profoundly positive effect on your mental and physical health. A short walk in the morning, a quick session with a stationary bicycle at home or at the gym during lunch, and even ten minutes of weight training in the evening are simple ways to get yourself moving.
