Maternal Chronic Pain Study is Actively Seeking Participants
Reprinted with the kind permission of the National Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain Association.

Researchers at OHSU, Stanford, and Seattle Children’s Hospital are collaborating on the Maternal Chronic Pain (MCP) Study. The purpose of the MCP Study is to learn more about the impact of maternal chronic pain on mothers and their children.

Results from this study will help us learn more about the experiences of mothers with chronic pain and their children’s experiences. Results will be used to develop interventions to help mothers with pain and their families.

Participants will complete online questionnaires and electronic diaries. Compensation is provided.

This study might be a good fit for you if:
  • You are a mother who has had chronic pain for 6 months or longer
  • You have a child between the ages of 8 and 12 years old
