Robert Bennett, M.D., May 19th @ 1 p.m.
Doctor Bennett is Professor and Chief of Rheumatology at Oregon Health Sciences University and Vice President of the International Myopain Society. He will be discussing such topics as: "Fibromyalgia - A Historic Overview," "The Concept of Pain Processing," and "Narcotics to Treat FM Pain."


Jacob Teitelbaum, M.D., May 19th @ 2 p.m.
Doctor Teitelbaum, author of From Fatigued to Fantastic, is a leading clinician and researcher on effective treatment of FM and CFS. He is the Director of the Center for Effective CFS/FM Therapies. Doctor Teitelbaum will be discussing such topics as: "An Effective Treatment Protocol for FM/CFS (Including Alternative Treatments)."


Dan Heffez, M.D., May 19th @ 4:15 p.m.
Doctor Heffez is part of the Chicago Institute of Neurosurgery and Neuroresearch. He will be discussing such topics as: "What Does Neurosurgery Have to Offer FM Patients and Who is an Appropriate Surgical Candidate" and "Neurosurgery/Chiari Malformation and Cervical Stenosis."


Scott Davis, Esq., May 20 @ 2:30 p.m.
Scott E. Davis is a social security and long-term disability insurance attorney in Phoenix, Arizona. The majority of his disability practice is devoted to representing individuals with FM and CFS. Scott has extensive experience in handling FM/CFS cases and represents clients throughout the United States.


Muhammad Yunus, M.D., May 20th @ 4 p.m.
Doctor Yunus is Professor of Medicine at the College of Medicine at Peoria. He will be discussing such topics as: "FM and Other Overlapping Syndromes" and "Trauma and Fibromyalgia."
