This educational event is free of charge and sponsored by: The Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Empowerment Group at Memorial Hospital West, in conjunction with P.A.N.D.O.R.A., Inc. – Patient Alliance for Neuroendocrineimmune Disorders Organization for Research and Advocacy, a non-profit organization dedicated to help Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, and Gulf War Syndrome patients.
