does it need the supervision of a specialist? I'm in the UK and have never heard of this...until I saw a post here..

I believe in the USA one must have an RX for nebulized glutathione. It's main use if for kids with Cystic Fibrosis, I believe. And it is fairly spendy, requires special shipping & handling.

Can you get sublingual reduced glutathione? In the USA we can get SL tabs of reduced glutathione fairly inexpensively. They will raise serum glutathione, too.

you need a prescription in the US

My MD prescribed glutathione for me years ago. It is my understanding that it is best used by the body when nebulized. There are different strengths and I'm not sure where my strength fits into the range.

I do not know if you need a prescription in the UK.
