Got this about a week ago and I have had good results so far. Could be a fluke, but this is PMS week and it is out of the norm to say the least. I hope it is the Fibro Energy and not a fluke though.

I would love the hear about anyone else's experience.

I wondered if they were good. I do take the ZMA for sleep and it is very good. Will give the Fibro Energy a try as well.

If you take it make sure you eat first. If I take 3 at one time it gives me HORRIBLE heartburn. I am trying lately to eat something and take one and wait a bit and take another, etc.

Well, I had intended to go off this after this bottle and see if I could tell any difference to decide whether or not to continue. I have been off (but not out) for 2 or 3 days and have been very fatigued. I took some this morning and feel much better tonight so I ordered more and signed up for auto ship. Bad news is that I only have 3 left and I am sure to run out before more gets here!
