LDN
|
Well im on my third day and dose of my LDN, and night time i dabbed a little of the powder on my finger, after i open the capsule, i place it under my tongue, i take 2 melatoin, 3mg, and it put me to sleep, and fast......i have sleep prescription, but it takes a long time for me to fall out. in less than 5 minute, im falling asleep. so i dont take the sleeing pill, its funny cause alot of people on this board says, it gaves them insommia, will im glad that didnt happen to me, the reverse affect works in my favor.......SLEEP

interesting....

Just goes to show, again, how different everyone is... so many of us react paradoxically. Glad that it's a GOOD paradoxical effect for you - Yay to sleeping instead of insomnia! all the best, Victoria

i've never had insomnia
|
but for me the LDN .5mg at night was waking me up at 3AM when endorphins peak and I wasn't able to get back to sleep. I too take .25mg of Melatonin, 500 Inositol, .25mg Lorazepam and I get to sleep great on that sleep combo. But the LDN was waking me at the 3AM. Now I'm taking .75mg LDN at about 9:AM, the second time that less endorphins peak is at 1PM. I'm having no problems with the day dosing. I will continue this way and eventually get up to a higher LDN dose. Street, glad you are good with it. How much do you think you are taking? You say you open the capsule. Just wondering on that one.

well, I hate to say it & I really hope that you don't have this happen, but for me, the first week was great - I slept sooooo well.....but ever since then I have been having a really hard time falling asleep on it - I reduced the dose to .5mg, I changed to taking it when I get up, and it is still completely screwing up my sleep.....most info I have found on it says that for most people the first week is the one that can be hard to sleep thru and then the body gets used to it and after that people sleep fine - like I said, though, with me it has been the exact opposite

the LDN can take time
|
and best to go very low dose and slowly moving up. That's what I've been doing and honestly I believe I feel better and with more clarity. Plus, the shoulder and arms rheumatic pains seem to be abating. I use the liquid LDN, which I make up and can go as slowly as I want to and keeps my costs way down too. I started at .5mg and now at .75mg and take mine at 9AM. Don't do the night dose as it was waking me up at 3AM and not getting back to sleep. Endorphins peak at 3AM and then again at 1PM. Less at 1PM but I don't have any side effects taking it during the day.
