The time has been changed for the Sunday, Nov 4 online radio interview with Judy Mikovits, PhD. As most ME/CFS patients and advocates know, Dr. Mikovits participated in the recent study led by Columbia ‘virus hunter’ Dr. Ian Lipkin, which reported finding no evidence of XMRV in the blood of well characterized ME/CFS patients.
The interview will be featured on Sue Vogan’s “In Short Order Radio Show for Health Care Professionals” at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/in-short-order.
NOTE: You will need to be or become a registered Facebook user to listen.
THE NEW TIME is Nov 4, from 3 to 5 pm Eastern Time, 12 to 2 pm Pacific, etc. (US listeners, be sure you turned your clock back Saturday night.) If you miss it, the broadcast will be archived later. Scroll down to see previous episodes.
Dr. Mikovits will be answering questions that ME/CFS patients and advocates have submitted over the past few weeks, and will take phone calls as time permits toward the end of the program (at 718-664-9291).
The theme: “Let’s Talk About the Science, Answer Listener Questions, and Find Out Where We Go From Here.”
Note that Dr. Mikovits will be presenting on Sat, Jan 26 at the 2013 Physician’s Round Table Conference in Tampa, Florida, also organized by Sue Vogan. Judy’s topic: “Targeting inflammation as a treatment strategy for chronic neurological diseases and cancer.” Info is at http://www.peerobservationsmagazine.com/.
