By Dr. Kevin White • www.ProHealth.com • February 9, 2014

Dr. Kevin White, an award-winning researcher, author, educator and speaker, is well known for his humorous, yet common sense, approach to the practice of medicine – particularly as it relates to fibromyalgia.

In this video, Dr. White explains how many doctors under-treat fibromyalgia as well as why they should be much more vigilant with their FM patients.

Dr. White is the author of Breaking Thru the Fibro Fog: Scientific Proof Fibromyalgia is Real (also available in a Kindle Edition).  If you would like to learn more about Dr. White and what he has to say about fibromyalgia, visit his blog “Breaking Thru the Fibro Fog.”

so true - what a great video- I was told my plantar facitiis was "just fibro" but I wasn't, but years later it was too late and now I have chronic PF, Achilles tendinosis and can barely walk now. I also rememeber when I had diareha for 2- 3 mths and one doctor said it was just my fibro, but luckily I went to another and actually I had a hookworm parasite and when treated with medication, it resolved. So always with a new symptom, never assume it is just FM and if a doctor says that, go to another.
