Yesterday I had a horrendous sinus headache, nothing helped, about 10 in the morning I felt my stomach begin to contract, ran to the bathroom and threw up violently. Then I have horrible contractions and dry heaves for about 10 minutes.

I had a small container of this Greek yogurt later at night. It's from cow's milk. That next morning I had more "mucos" than my normal morning gunk, and my stomach was a bit upset. Thank goodness it didn't last long. But I believe it was the cow's milk dairy.

i know that petrol and diesel fumes will burn the inside of my nose whenever they enter it.and i,ll then go on to have problems with the sinus headaches.this always makes me vomit.its like the sinus thing progresses,then turns into a migraine.

traffic fumes nearly do me in, and i dont even own a car.i ride a push bike.i tell ya,im thinking of buying a one way ticket off this planet.
