Balloon Sinuplasty

Is there a "word on the street" on this one?
A co-worker of my brother's told him about it. He suffers from chronic sinusitis, as do I.

The guy says he was back at work the next day! Sounds less invasive than sinus surgery but DOES IT WORK?
