Could this be a result of sinusitis?

I have Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue, so I get alot of weird sypmtoms

However, about 2 weeks ago I got a bad sinus pounding headache. Ever since then, I have had tingling on the side of my face and nouse and top lip

This morning, I had another bad sinus headache, headache is gone, but the darn tingling is back

Has this happened to anyone

I don't know

about the tingling on the side of face.

I've had the sinus pounding headaches but not the tingling part.

Hope someone may relate and help you here.
