That is SO weird! I just posted to your "Politics of Stupid" post and asked if you have ever been involved with either OA or TOPS. Then I read down the post list and saw this one... Anyway, we have about 5 different meeting groups within 10 miles of our house. The closest meeting is Thursday night and I think I'll try to attend. How was your experience there?

I go to TOPS. I like it and have met some nice people there.

Weight loss is a hard one and it helps to have encouraging friends to share the struggle.

I go up and down but I keep on keeping on.
