Arnica

Arnica is a traditional remedy used for relieving the after-effects of falls, blows, sports injuries, and overexertion. It can be used to support relief of achy muscles, wound healing, and a healthier inflammatory response. Arnica grows in mountainous regions in the Pacific Northwest, central Europe, Russia, and Siberia, where it is commonly used to reduce swelling from insect bites, sprains, or other injuries. The tincture is made from the entire plant, including the stems, root, leaves, and flowers.
