I am absolutely clueless as to what advantages these supplements are providing me. That said, I take about 21 supplements every morning and I have no idea that one single supplement provides any benefit other than in my mind. The supplements I take have been thoroughly researched and I considered them all to have benefits but after years of taking them, I do not feel one bit healthier. However, my parents do the same thing, and say the same thing. But, they are both in their mid 90's and they are still independent, with no health issues wht-so-ever. Amazing, huh? So, I'll keep taking these and all the others and perhaps I will outlive them both (although I am developing serious doubts about that! :>)
