Join the Team for a Cure The Arthritis Walk(SM takes place from coast coast each May, kicking off National Arthritis Month. Choose from a 5K or 1-mile course. Men, women and children with arthritis will lead the way wearing special blue "hero" caps to show that they are taking control of their arthritis. And during the Walk you'll have an opportunity to write an inspirational message on the Wall of Heroes. The best way to enjoy the Arthritis WalkSM is to invite others to walk with you. Anyone can participate. Recruit co-workers, friends, family, neighbors, whomever, and get them to join in the fun. All participants who raise $100 or more will earn an official Arthritis WalkSM T-shirt. Form a team today!
