“Fibromyalgia and the Guaifenesin Protocol” – a presentation to thoroughly familiarize patients and professionals with the symptoms, physical findings, and treatment of Fibromyalgia – by:

Dr. Paul St. Amand, MD – Associate Clinical Professor, Endocrinologist, and internationally known Fibromyalgia Specialist at UCLA/Harbor Medical Center in Los Angeles, and

Claudia Marek – FM Patient Counselor, Medical Assistant of Dr. St. Amand’s Fibromyalgia Treatment Center in Marina del Rey, California, and co-author with Dr. St. Amand of What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Fibromyalgia.
