What does fibro Christmas laughter make you think of? Laughing at yourself for finding your car keys in the trashcan outside? (I’ve done this and didn’t laugh at the time.) Or perhaps laughing at your chronic couture (dressing for all potential weather outcomes at the same time)? It’s true that laughter is medicine when it comes to fibromyalgia and chronic illness.
In today’s post, I’ll share some health benefits of laughter as well as a downloadable handout for sharing. ‘Tis the season of sharing and caring!
