“Optimal Health through Enzyme Therapy” Fri., 1:15-2:30 pm
Stephen C. Gradwohl, DC completed his chiropractic education at Cleveland Chiropractic College in 1985, graduating at the top of his class as Summa Cum Laude. He has postgraduate education in nutrition, and specialty training in enzyme therapy and carpal tunnel diagnosis and treatment. His presentation will include symptoms of enzyme deficiency and how enzyme therapy can help people with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue by eliminating the day-to-day stress on your internal organs. Many patients have been able to get off medications for the first time in years. Dr. Gradwohl has dedicated his life to healing people with a natural, drug free approach.

Oram Miller, BBEI is a certified Building Biology Environmental Inspector who has a background in the health care profession. He provides strategies to improve the health of people through Building Biology. His topic will include how indoor air quality, mold, chemical out-gassing, and electric and magnetic fields in the home can contribute to ill health. He will present common sense strategies to remedy building-related causes of chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, chemical and electrical sensitivities, cancer and other chronic illnesses. Oram has written a manual on Building Biology-based healthy new home construction and consults throughout the nation with homeowners who want a “safe” and healthy house.
“Effective Treatment of CFS, Fibromyalgia and Pain: How to Get Well NOW!” Fri., 7:00-9:00 pm
Jacob Teitelbaum, MD is medical director of the Annapolis Center for Effective CFS/Fibromyalgia Therapies in Annapolis, Maryland. Having suffered with and overcome these illnesses in 1975, he spent the next 30 years creating, researching and teaching about effective therapies. He is senior author of the landmark study “Effective Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia – A Placebo-controlled Study”. Author of the best-selling book From Fatigued to Fantastic! and the recently released Pain Free 1-2-3 – A Proven Program to Get YOU Pain Free! His discussion will include treatment of the sleep, hormonal, infectious/immune and nutritional problems that cause FM/CFS.
Dr. Teitelbaum will also conduct a workshop for doctors only from 3:00-5:00 pm Friday. Doctors will learn how to treat Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome patients using a proven, integrated treatment approach.

David Yoo, DC, Dipl. Ac., Cert. TCM graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Pre-Medicine Biology. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College where he also completed a certification in Acupuncture/Meridian Therapy in 1995. Dr. Yoo continued his advanced acupuncture training and is a fellow and Diplomat in Acupuncture. He attended Traditional Chinese Medical School at the Kansas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Wichita. He lectures and holds seminars around the Midwest on all aspects of TCM. The medical field embraces acupuncture based on its cessation of pain. Dr. Yoo will explore traditional philosophy as well as the scientific basis of acupuncture.

Kent Holtorf, MD received his Doctorate of Medicine from St. Louis University School of Medicine in 1991. While in medical school, Dr. Holtorf’s symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome emerged and he spent the early part of his medical career searching for the causes and cure for this condition. His extensive experience and knowledge is evidenced by the more than 3,500 FM/CFS patients he has successfully treated. By training physicians and staff, Dr. Holtorf’s proven medical protocols now gives hope and help to the millions of FM/CFS patients nationwide through the Fibromyalgia and Fatigue Centers, the first nationwide clinic specializing in the treatment of FM/CFS. He is currently writing a book on the topic.
