* Brain Pathway Shows Potential Therapy for Chronic Pain Including Fibromyalgia

A pain-signaling pathway in the brain, modulated by the neurotransmitter GABA-B, could be the source of a potential therapy for controlling chronic pain – including that of fibromyalgia, according to a recent study partly funded by the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases.
