Learning to Live Well with Fibromyalgia

The purpose of this conference is to provide information about fibromyalgia, offer opportunities for networking with health care providers and other vendors, to increase awareness of treatment options, and to ultimately empower people with fibromyalgia to take charge of their health and live well.

To register before April 8, send $10 per person, or $15 for one person and a guest. On site, pay $20 per person, or $30 for one person and a guest. Make checks payable to WCI-AHEC and mail to the following address with a note stating that you are registering for this event:
