Many people with Lyme disease are doing extraordinary work to raise awareness and provide help to others who are struggling with the disease. Whether it is writing or sharing articles, hosting podcast interviews, talking or praying with others in need, or simply raising awareness via other means—I am thankful for all those who are contributing to help others find their way through the maze of Lyme.
One such person who is making a tremendous impact within the Lyme community is Mackay Rippey, an acupuncturist and Lyme disease survivor, and Founder of Lyme Ninja Radio, an interview podcast where both health care practitioners and Lyme survivors share their experiences and wisdom. Mackay has so far hosted over 100 people on his show, and the interviews can be accessed online here: http://lymeninja.com/.
In November, I had the honor of interviewing with Mackay, and sharing a little about my healing journey. As well, we discussed other topics that are relevant to Lyme, including diet, EMF pollution, and how the doctors in my new book, New Paradigms in Lyme Disease Treatment, are helping those with Lyme to recover using new and better treatments. You can listen to my interview here: http://lymeninja.com/116-connie-strasheim/.
Mackay’s podcast is very down to earth, and the interviews are fun, interesting and packed full of wisdom, so I encourage you to check out his site: http://lymeninja.com/, where you can listen to others talk about their healing journeys and at the same time, learn from the experts who are treating it.
