The nonprofit CFIDS & Fibromyalgia Self-Help Program, directed by Bruce Campbell, PhD, is currently accepting signups for the first 2008 session of its discussion-based online patient self management course.
The six-week introductory course, which begins January 14, is an e-mail discussion group that focuses on helping patients take control of their illness by learning practical strategies for managing common problems and living well with ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia. Subsequent 2008 sessions will start in March, June, and September.
The cost of the course, which includes a copy of “The Patient’s Guide to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia,” is $35. Visit the CFIDS & Fibromyalgia Self Help website (http://www.CFIDSselfhelp.org) to learn more and to register.
