Recipe: Maca Berry Bliss Smoothie

There are days when an exotic smoothie is in order. Then, there are days where you need something that’s quick and energizing without a lot of fuss or fancy ingredients. Maca Berry Bliss gives you the best of both worlds.

Keep a bag of frozen organic raspberries in the freezer, a bunch of bannas on the counter, raw cacao and Daily Maca Plus for Women Over 40 or Daily Maca Plus for Men Over 40  in the cupboard, and you’re set to whip this up on the fly. (And when you DO have time for fancy, use a pretty glass, and don’t forget the cacao nib garnish!)

The ingredients are as follows:


Maca-Berry Bliss Recipe:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Daily Maca Plus (for Women or Men)
  • Cacao Nibs – optional –  for garnish

Blend all ingredients (except nibs) until smooth. Enjoy!
